| 1/ | A signed and dated booking form and deposit of $350.00 is required to confirm your booking. |
| 2/ | A security deposit of $400 (on a credit card or by a separate check) is required prior to occupancy, your card is not charged just a form faxed into us. |
| 3/ | The minimum stay is 4 nights. A $100 clean-up charge is assessed for stays less than 7 nights. |
